We decided on the CMZ lathes mainly on their price-performance. The design of the machines is good, the Fanuc control is the latest specification and the fast turret index and feed movements suits our barfeed work. We were happy with the first machine we bought and have since added a further eight machines.

The CMZ CNC lathes have ran particularly well. The service response has been excellent when issues have arisen, with an engineer on site the next day.

We have always dealt with Rotary when it comes to purchasing machine tools and it was no different recently when we had a requirement for a CNC lathe. Mark introduced us to the CMZ range and we decided on the TL-25B due to its power capability and small footprint. Cycle times have been reduced and we are delighted with the purchase, so much so that we have ordered a second machine.

We were looking for a large CNC lathe to replace our existing machine, so we contacted Rotary to discuss the various machines available. After considering the options, we decided on the MHP lathe for its superior price/specification, including the option of the Siemens control as this is our preferred system.

We have used the services of Rotary MTC Ltd to source CNC machinery specific to our needs. Several machines have been supplied recently, backed up by excellent after-sales service.
